L-idejn jitilgħu ’l fuq mill-ġnib u joqorbu lejn xulxin sakemm is-swaba’ jiltaqgħu livell tal-geddum biex id-dirgħajn jiffurmaw V bil-maqlub. Imbagħad isir is-sinjal għal BACK PACK. The sign for MOUNTAINEERING has two parts. First, the sign for MOUNTAIN is made with two hands in the shape of closed 5 with the palms facing each other. The hands move up from the sides and towards each other until the fingers meet. The arms thus form an upside-down V shape. Then, the sign for BACK PACK is made. The hands take the shape of C a little away from each other with palms facing inwards and resting lightly against the sides of the chest. The shoulders are raised and lowered slightly about three times.
